Event Center Koskenranta offers a unique setting for events for up to 150-1400 guests be the rapids of Old Town of Helsinki, which is only seven kilometers from the center of Helsinki. The former water flow laboratory has become a distinctive event venue that offers an excellent setting for events of all sizes.

Easy to reach by public transport
Koskenranta has some free parking space for event guests. There are also good bus connections to Koskenranta from Pasila railway station, Helsinki railway station and city center and only 25 minute drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The bus stop is only two minute’s walk from the main entrance, at the gate of the neighboring Museum of Technology.
Drop-off point for the shared bus transport is on the Katariina Saksilaisen katu, just few steps from the main entrance.

The stylized factory milieu can be modified into a variety of events, from festive dinners to casual after-work parties, annual gatherings or kick-off of the year. In order to make organizing an event in Koskenranta as effortless as possible, we have refined our capabilities very far, both in terms of furniture and AV -technology. In addition to extensive furnishings and a big stage, Koskenrantan has top of the notch audio system and superb visual technology with a giant LED screen designed specifically for this space. RGB festive lighting is also installed in the ceiling, which creates an unique ambience for any event.
The function room will be furnished to support the content of your event, and smaller cabinets will function as backstage spaces. Event hall can also be accessed by car, which makes it possible to carry out car launch events. Just invite your guests – we’ll take care of the rest!
Beutiful event venue with a scenic terrace
A large south-facing terrace right on the edge of the rapids will be available to Koskenranta event guests. Part of the terrace is covered with an awning, which provides shelter from summer rain showers or the scorching sun for those looking for shade.
The entrance to Koskenranta and the event venue is through the doors facing the terrace and rapids. The atmospheric vaulted lobby area welcomes guests with its lobby services, and space is also reserved for possible guest registration.
